Dear Customer, Friends and Neighbours,
This is not an easy message to write as the situation is constantly evolving, but The Dolphin will remain open until we’re advised otherwise, as we continue daily, to closely follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England.
It goes without saying that the health and safety of our staff and customers is top priority. We have always been strong on hygiene and this has only increased with new precautionary measures to protect everyone/minimise the spread of COVID-19.
These include but are not limited to:
+ Removing tables and chairs from each site to allow for the advised 2m spacing between customers. They are bookable with big spaces between them
+ We will accept all means of payments, but if you can please pay by card using contactless
+ Providing regular updates to all employees
+ Reinforcing personal hygiene controls
+ Installing hand sanitiser stations, but due to severe shortages this might take a week or two
+ Emphasising to both customers and employees the importance of frequent and proper handwashing
+ Educating our employees on prevention
+ Cleaning and sanitising contact points more frequently including the door handles and push plates
+ Our dish/glasswashers fully sanitising all cutlery, plates, cups and glassware, after every use
+ Proper ventilation of inside spaces, opening doors and windows to allow for air circulation
We will be reassessing the situation daily and will of course keep you all informed. Don’t come if you don’t feel well, but if you are fine, please come and see us.
